Accessibility Statement
AttireSnap is committed to making our platform accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe that every boutique owner, fashion designer, and textile business, regardless of ability, deserves equal access to professional AI-powered tools.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines help ensure that our web content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for users with a wide range of disabilities.
What we have done
- All interactive elements (buttons, links, form fields) have accessible labels that are readable by screen readers.
- We maintain sufficient colour contrast ratios between text and backgrounds (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text).
- All form inputs include descriptive labels and error messages are clearly communicated.
- The platform supports full keyboard navigation without requiring a mouse.
- Images include descriptive alt text where relevant to the content.
- Our Progressive Web App (PWA) supports system-level font scaling and respects user preferences for reduced motion.
- We use semantic HTML to ensure a logical document structure for assistive technologies.
Known limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some areas are still being improved:
- AI-generated images currently do not have automatic descriptive alt text generation. We are working on auto-captioning for generated outputs.
- Some complex interactive components in the Studio (generation controls, sliders) are partially accessible and being refactored.
- Hindi-language content may have reduced screen reader compatibility depending on the assistive technology used.
