Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing your use of the AttireSnap platform, services, and APIs. By accessing or using AttireSnap, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

1. Permitted uses

AttireSnap is designed for fashion and textile businesses to create professional product imagery. Permitted uses include:

• Generating product catalogue images for your own apparel, textile, or accessory products.
• Creating marketing visuals for garments, sarees, kurtas, lehengas, blouses, and similar categories.
• Testing and experimenting with AI styling for personal or business purposes.
• Using the API to integrate AI image generation into your own business workflows (subject to API Terms).

2. Prohibited content

You must not generate, upload, share, or distribute content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive involving any person.
• Depicts, exploits, or endangers minors in any way.
• Is defamatory, threatening, harassing, or incites hatred or violence against any individual or group.
• Infringes third-party intellectual property including copyrighted designs, brand logos, trademarked prints, or licensed artwork.
• Misrepresents the origin, quality, or material composition of products in a way that deceives consumers.
• Creates realistic deepfakes of real, identifiable people without their explicit, documented consent.
• Promotes counterfeit goods or supports fraud.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation in India or the user's jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited platform behaviour

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI model weights or proprietary algorithms.
• Circumvent credit limits, generation quotas, or access controls through technical or other means.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials or API keys to third parties.
• Use automated scripts to generate images at a rate that degrades service quality for other users (DDoS-style abuse).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, data, or generated content.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code into the platform through any upload or API call.

4. Image upload responsibilities

When uploading images to AttireSnap, you confirm that:

• You own or have full commercial rights to all uploaded images, including any product photography, swatches, or reference images.
• Any identifiable people appearing in your uploaded images have provided explicit, written consent for AI manipulation, modification, and commercial use of their likeness.
• Uploaded images do not contain private information about third parties (home addresses, ID documents, financial data, etc.).

5. Commercial use of outputs

AI-generated outputs may be used commercially on paid plans in accordance with our Terms of Service. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that outputs:

• Accurately represent your products to consumers.
• Do not violate consumer protection laws regarding misleading advertising.
• Do not infringe third-party copyright or trademark rights in the generated result.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access at our sole discretion if we determine that this AUP has been violated. Serious violations (child safety, fraud, illegal content) will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
