AttireSnap is committed to maintaining a safe, trustworthy platform for fashion and textile professionals. If you have encountered content or behaviour that violates our policies, please report it. We review every submission.

1. How to report

Email our Trust & Safety team at trust@AttireSnap.com with the following information:

  1. Category: what type of violation you are reporting (see categories below).
  2. URL or location: the direct link to the content or a description of where you encountered it.
  3. Description: a clear explanation of what you observed and why you believe it violates our policies.
  4. Evidence: screenshots or other supporting evidence where possible.
  5. Your contact email: so we can follow up with you (optional, but helpful).

2. What you can report

🔴 Child safety (urgent)

Any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualises minors, including AI-generated CSAM or synthetic content. Report to child-safety@AttireSnap.com for priority handling (24-hour response SLA). You may also report directly to:

🟠 Non-consensual imagery

AI-generated or uploaded images of real, identifiable people without their documented consent, including deepfakes used for harmful, commercial, or sexual purposes.

🟡 Copyright / IP infringement

Content that infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. For copyright notices governed by the DMCA, please follow the process described in our DMCA & Copyright Policy.

🟡 Fraud and counterfeit

AI-generated product imagery used to deceive consumers, misrepresent product quality or origin, or support the sale of counterfeit goods.

🟡 Hate speech and harassment

Content that demeans, threatens, or incites violence or discrimination against any individual or group based on protected characteristics.

🔵 Platform security

If you have discovered a security vulnerability, please do not report it here. Instead, follow our responsible disclosure process and email security@AttireSnap.com. See our Security page for details.

🔵 Other policy violations

Any other violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, or Privacy Policy.

3. Response SLAs

4. What happens after you report

  • We acknowledge all reports within the SLA above and assign a case reference number.
  • Our Trust & Safety team reviews the report. We may contact you for additional information.
  • If a violation is confirmed, we take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, permanent termination, or referral to law enforcement.
  • Where possible and legally permitted, we inform the reporter of the outcome of our investigation.
  • Serious violations (CSAM, threats, fraud) are referred to the appropriate law enforcement authorities without delay.

5. False reports

Submitting a false or deliberately misleading report is itself a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and may result in action against your account. Please only submit reports you believe in good faith to be accurate.
