Child Safety Policy

AttireSnap has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that exploits, endangers, or harms minors. This policy applies to all users of our platform, regardless of geographic location.

1. Absolute prohibition

The following are strictly prohibited on AttireSnap:

• Generating, uploading, storing, or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexually explicit or suggestive content depicting minors.
• Using our AI tools to produce imagery of minors in sexualised, harmful, or exploitative contexts, including AI-generated or synthetic CSAM.
• Using our platform to groom, solicit, or otherwise exploit children.
• Uploading imagery of real children without the explicit consent of their parent or legal guardian, for any purpose.

2. AI safeguards

Our AI generation pipeline includes automated filters that detect and block attempts to generate content involving minors in prohibited contexts. These filters operate at prompt-level, input-image level, and output-image level. We continuously update these filters as evasion techniques evolve.

3. Enforcement

Any account found to be generating, uploading, or distributing content that violates this policy will be:

• Immediately and permanently terminated without refund.
• Reported to the National Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (for US-nexus content) and to the relevant Indian law enforcement authorities including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in).
• Subject to cooperation with law enforcement investigations.

4. Reporting

If you encounter any content on our platform that you believe involves the exploitation of minors, report it immediately:

• Report to NCMEC: CyberTipline
• Report to Indian Cyber Crime Portal: cybercrime.gov.in

We treat every report as urgent and investigate within 24 hours.

5. Our commitment

We are committed to maintaining AttireSnap as a safe platform. We participate in industry initiatives to combat the spread of CSAM and support the development of AI safety standards that address child protection. We conduct regular audits of our content moderation systems and hold our employees and contractors to the same standards.
