Refund Policy

AttireSnap is an AI-powered software service, not an e-commerce or physical goods retailer. Because our service delivers digital compute (AI image generation) that is consumed at the time of use, all subscription fees and credit purchases are generally non-refundable except in the two specific circumstances described below.

By subscribing to or purchasing credits on AttireSnap, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. When refunds are issued

We issue refunds only in the following situations:

1a. Duplicate or erroneous charges

If your payment method was charged more than once for the same subscription period or credit pack (due to a billing system error, payment gateway fault, or bank processing issue), you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate amount. To claim:

  1. Email hello@AttireSnap.com with the subject line "Duplicate charge: [your registered email]".
  2. Include your Razorpay transaction ID(s), the date(s) of the charge(s), and the amount(s) billed.
  3. We will investigate and, if a duplicate charge is confirmed, process a full refund of the duplicate amount within 5–7 business days to the original payment instrument.

1b. Verified technical failure on our end

If a verified technical fault on AttireSnap's platform (such as a server-side generation failure, a payment processing error that debited your account without activating your plan, or a confirmed platform outage) resulted in you being charged without receiving the service, you are entitled to a refund or service credit for the affected amount.

Conditions that qualify:

  • Your payment was successfully processed but your subscription or credits were not activated due to a fault on our side.
  • A generation you were charged credits for failed entirely due to a platform error, not due to your input image, settings, or internet connection.
  • A confirmed platform outage prevented access to the Service for a continuous period the same billing month and you were unable to use the credits you paid for.

Conditions that do not qualify:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality.
  • Change of mind, reduced usage, or no longer needing the service.
  • Credits consumed, even if the resulting output did not meet your expectations.
  • Outages caused by third-party providers (internet, Razorpay, Google Cloud infrastructure) outside our reasonable control.
  • Issues caused by your device, browser, network, or uploaded image content.

2. No refunds for the following

  • Subscription fees: Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. You retain access to the Service for the full paid period.
  • Credit packs: Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once any credits have been consumed.
  • Unused credits at cancellation: Credits remaining in your account at the time of cancellation or plan downgrade are forfeited and not refunded.
  • Policy violations: Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for any refund.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@AttireSnap.com with the subject line "Refund request: [your registered email]".
  2. Clearly describe the reason for your request (duplicate charge or technical failure) and include your Razorpay transaction ID, the charge date, and the amount.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete our investigation within 5 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method only. We cannot transfer refunds to a different card, bank account, or UPI ID.

4. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at hello@AttireSnap.com. Chargebacks filed for charges that do not qualify under this policy may result in account suspension pending resolution, and we will provide our full billing records to the payment processor during any dispute process.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You retain access to your plan until the end of the paid period.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active subscribers by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
